Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, while PayPal refunds may appear within 24 hours.

If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a store credit to the original purchaser. The value of the store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the transaction.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update within 3 business days.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue a store credit or arrange an alternative refund method with your consent.
